What I would tell other flying clubs about MyFBO.com is that the level and responsiveness of the customer service has been outstanding. We needed a service that could provide online scheduling, as well as dispatch, billing, maintenance tracking, and pilot qualification and currency tracking. We have found MyFBO.com to be a definite asset to the operations of our club since we went live in August of 2001. The old method we wanted to replace consisted of a large calendar where members scribbled in their names below a tail number and an instructor column. We looked at a number of systems and MyFBO.com clearly provided superior scheduling and reporting without requiring expensive upgrades to our computer inventory. Our members and students enjoy the access to the schedule without having to drive-in or call-in (and hope someone was there to answer the phone). The instructors have noticed a reduced rate of cancellations and appreciate the ability to better manage, control, and know their schedule from work or at home. With our aircraft flying more and our staff spending more time instructing, not answering the phones or tracking down students, MyFBO.com easily pays for itself.
