The MyFBO.com Aviation Management and Scheduling System has the most comprehensive qualification and limitation checker in existence. The qualification and limitation checker is applied whenever a reservation is made or updated, and when a flight is dispatched. It is available in all editions of the software.
Settings
The qualification and limitation checking features are completely customizable using a group of settings or “parameters”. This allows individual Operators to set rules to best meet their needs, have better control over their operation, and assure regulatory and insurance compliance.
These settings allow Subscribers to define which data items are checked when a flight is scheduled, and which items when it is dispatched. The settings for each qualification or limitation allow it to be ignored, for a warning to be issued, or for the reservation or dispatch release to be blocked. Of course, blocked flights can be released with management approval.

The qualification and limitation settings fall into eleven topic areas. Groups 1 through 9 are checked for all types of flight. Groups 10 and 11 typically apply to rental, instructional, and shared ownership flights only.

The MyFBO.com System allows Subscribers to set scheduling limitations for customers and students. Depending on the type of operation the system can be customized. For example flying clubs may allow completely open scheduling and cancellation where as a flight school may have scheduling and cancellation limits for renters and students.
General:
- Open aircraft and staff scheduling
- Open aircraft but time-limited staff scheduling
- Time-limited scheduling for all resources
- Only club members can schedule
- Only prepaid customers can schedule
For 24-hour operations:
- Staff can schedule outside of office hours
- Customers can schedule outside of office hours
