Once I setup when will I be able to use my system? Immediately.  Once the setup process is complete you will be able to access your online system.
I already have a web site, will your system work with my web site?  Yes.  You just need to place a link to our system on your web site.  You can even brand our system by loading it under a frames page.  The MyFBO.com Support Staff will be happy to help set this up.
What does it cost to become a subscriber? Very little.  There is no setup charge if you use the online setup process.  There is no minimum contract, so charges stop if you notify MyFBO.com that you do not wish to continue with online services.
Can I really use MyFBO.com services on a dial-up line? Yes.  Dial-up connection to the Internet is completely adequate for smaller FBOs, schools, and clubs, or those using fewer MyFBO.com services.  Larger subscribers, especially those with several computers on an in-house network, should consider a higher speed Internet connection (e.g., ISDN, DSL, satellite, or cable modem) that will provide Internet access to all of their computers.
What kind of computer equipment and software will I need? Using the MyFBO.com system requires only an Internet connection and a browser.  Staff users will need a recent (standards-compliant) browser.  Qualifying browsers include Internet Explorer 5.5 and above, Netscape 7 and above, Mozilla 1.1 and above, or Opera 7 and above.  A screen size of at least 800 x 600 pixels is required.  (Most every computer made in the last 5 years has this.)  For some optional reporting and charting, Microsoft Excel is needed.  (All data is available without Excel.)
How does the online scheduler integrate with my present schedule book? The online scheduler replaces your present book.  All reservations, even those that you make, are done online.  However, you will be entering only 20% of the reservations you are doing now, as most customers / members will schedule themselves. 

Subscribers have a choice of whether to operate entirely online or to use a computer-printed schedule during the day.

Can the online scheduler use my existing customer list? MyFBO.com will initially convert your existing customer list from any widely-used file format or database at no charge.  The online system also provides a means for retrieving your updated customer list for use with other programs.
Will my data be secure? Yes.  Your data is maintained on redundant hard drives, so even in the event of failure, your data is safe.  Your data is also backed up nightly.  Safety from prying eyes is maintained through the security in the computer operating system and the MyFBO.com software.
Can I get custom enhancements to the MyFBO.com system? Yes, but you probably won't need any.  Custom work is billed at $75 per hour measured to the half hour.  We do not charge for ongoing enhancements to the online software that benefit all subscribers.  Sometimes new features are offered as extra-cost options to hold the line on pricing for the regular editions.
What if I don't have a web site? As a service to subscribers, MyFBO.com provides an entry page.  Complete web sites start at $19, see Web Sites for more information.
What if I want MyFBO.com to host my web site? MyFBO.com offer web site hosting.  Please visit our hosting page for more information.  
Can I get a free trial? Demonstration systems are available to those who wish to conduct a detailed evaluation.  (Please contact us for arrangements.)  In addition, when you use the online setup process to purchase a MyFBO.com system, the first 15 days are free.  If you are not completely satisfied you may cancel your service at any time.
