How It Works:

Using the MyFBO.com Advanced Edition, it works automatically. When a flight is checked in or a transaction created, you select credit card or e-check payment during receipt preparation. The card type and number are key-entered or swiped using an optional magnetic stripe reader.

When a card or check is run, you know immediately whether it was approved or declined. If approved, the transaction is included in a nightly batch, and funds deposited to your bank account.  Unless you specify otherwise, the customer's credit card or checking account information is saved for possible future transactions.
